Coconut, Banana and Blueberry Shake

What better way to start a day than with this delicious, full of goodness shake that will fuel you up for hours? It is naturally sweet and super easy to make.
You can add frozen berries but if you do not have any on hand our blueberry powder is so delicious and tastes just like fresh, ripe fruit! The addition of our coconut milk powder makes this shake creamy and sweet.
You can turn this shake into a more substantial breakfast just by adding some oats and blending them with coconut milk! It will be velvety and thick, the perfect source of protein and morning energy boost.

  • Place the bananas, plant milk, coconut milk, oats, vanilla, pumpkin powder and liquid sweetener (optional) in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend till completely smooth with no chunks of frozen bananas.
  • Taste for sweetness and pour half of the smoothie into a tall glass.
  • Now add blueberry powder and frozen berries
  • Pour gently over the first layer to create a two colour effect.
