Crispy Tempeh Recipe

Crispy Tempeh Recipe

This crispy tempeh can be used as a snack, side dish or main meal. There is nothing more satisfying than crispy tempeh topped on fragrant rice. Tempeh is a fermented soy product similar to tofu. Some consider it healthier that tofu because it's a whole food, it is fermented, and it contains more protein and fiber.

Wow, this is so good. I tried tempeh once and wasn’t sure about it…but this was a game changer! The garlic, ginger and maple syrup taste soooo good.
