Fruit & Nut Granola Recipe
A really delicious and wholesome granola recipe with lashings of oats, nuts and seeds, dates and then roasted in sweet agave

Ingredients
- 100 ml sunflower or vegetable oil
- 500 g organic gluten free jumbo oats
- 200 g organic pecan nuts
- 200 g organic walnut pieces
- 100 g organic brazil nuts pieces
- 100 g organic sunflower seeds
- 100 g organic pumpkin seeds
- 200 ml agave syrup
- 200 g organic chopped dates
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a baking tray and mix throughly.
- Bake in an oven at 200c for 25-30 minutes (or until golden brown) mixing the ingredients every 4-5 minutes so they don’t burn.
- Take out of the oven, stir through the chopped dates and allow to cool.
