Nectarine and Quinoa Salad Recipe

This nectarine and quinoa salad is a tasty, naturally sweet dish. If you love a range of textures and flavours, this is the salad for you. This healthy salad of grains and nuts with a minty yoghurt dressing is a great summery lunch.
If you are vegan simply swap the yoghurt for a dairy free alternative. You can also substitute the nectarine for any seasonal fruit, let us know what you try!
