Enjoy the umami-rich taste of naturally fermented Japanese miso, combined with the warm flavours of ginger and turmeric in Clearspring’s Organic Instant Miso Soup Paste. Just add hot water and enjoy.
How to use:
Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add 1 cup (180ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.

Ingredients: Organic white miso (63%) (water, organic whole soya beans, organic rice, sea salt), organic mirin (organic sweet rice, organic shochu [water, organic cultured rice], organic cultured rice sea salt), sea salt, organic ginger puree (3.6%), organic onion puree, kombu sea vegetable extract (1%) (water, kombu, sea salt), wakame sea vegetable (1%), organic turmeric (0.8%).
