Cooking Instructions

Dosage: 1 tsp (2g) corresponds to approximately 5 sheets of gelatine. Use 4g per 0.5L of liquid or fruit to achieve a firm, cut-resistant jelly.

Stir the agar agar into the cold liquid, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2 minutes. For cold masses: Mix the agar agar with the cold liquid in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 min.

Gradually add the cold ingredients and stir in. Agar agar only gels when it cools down, so the optimum degree of gelation is achieved in the refrigerator.

For optimum freshness keep in a cool place away from moisture and direct sunlight.  Store in a tightly sealed bag or container.
