Organic Demerara Sugar is crunchy, brown and delicious.

Organic Demerara Sugar is traditionally used for sweetening coffee but it can be used in a wide range of recipes that call for sweetness including some savoury recipes. Organic demerara works as a cupboard staple for all your sugary needs from festive recipes to your daily coffee.

Speciality sugars like this have more depth of flavour and demerara is probably the most delicious of all cane sugars. This sugar makes a perfect addition to baking recipes, desserts or simply to sweeten hot drinks. Because it is crunchy it makes a perfect topping just before flapjacks or crumbles go into the oven.
