Organic Whole Durum Wheat Semolina Flour
Organic and whole durum wheat flour has less elasticity and more plasticity than all purpose flour making it the head honcho of pasta making. This flour is produced on millstones and contains the whole grain. It can be used for those thick and rugged pasta shapes such as fusilli, fettuccine and tagliatelle.
Alternatively, the Italian-style flour can be used for anything from delicious sour dough flat breads to moreish Moroccan couscous.
