Back in the day it featured a fermented dough flattened into thin sheets, boiled, sprinkled with cheese and spices, and then eaten with a small pointed stick! Our organic lasagne sheets are produced with organic durum wheat in Italy.

They can be used to make the classic lasagne dish we all know and love.
