Organic Marshmallow Root was an original ingredient in the classic marshmallow.
Marshmallow root comes from the roots of a flowering herb. It has been used medicinally for many centuries.
Its potential benefits may come from a compound called Mucilage. When mixed with water mucilage turns in to gel. This is why it was used as an ingredient in marshmallows. Nowadays marshmallow is made using gelatine.
How to use
Steep 2-3g in a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy
