Description

Our Organic Peanuts Roasted and Salted the famous pub classic

Crunchy, deliciously and salty, these organic roasted and salted peanuts are perfect. People often associate these types of peanuts with the pub, though they are actually a lot more nutritious than they first seem! With 7g of protein in a 30g serving size, these pack the perfect protein punch.

If you have a spare 10 minutes, you can make a deliciously smooth and creamy peanut butter, and our roasted and salted peanuts are perfect for this. Simply pop some in a food processer and whiz it on high for 30 seconds at a time. You may think that it looks chunky to start with, but trust the process, as you will end up with a beautiful, velvety peanut butter that can be stored in an air tight container or in the fridge for up to a month.

These roasted and salted peanuts are a source of copper, manganese, folate and niacin, as well as a great source of monounsaturated fats. Containing many of the same nutrients as their close legume family relatives, it is hard to resist the temptation to eat the whole packet in one go!

You may notice that the ingredients of these peanuts contains gum arabic. This is a natural binding agent, and simply put, helps coat the peanuts in the salt, rather than allowing it to all fall to the bottom of the bag.

If you like other nuts that are roasted and salted, try our organic pistachios or organic almonds. If you prefer your peanuts un-roasted and salted, try our paleskin or blanched varieties, or if you have a sweet tooth, try them coated in chocolate.

Ingredients: Organic Peanut Kernels (98.7%), salt (1%), gum arabic.

Origin: Netherlands, Egypt
