Our organic raw wildflower honey is produced to the highest standards. It is produced with no additional treatment or processing and is the purest and most natural form of honey available.
Our honey is sourced from the finest Bulgarian beekeepers, who use traditional harvesting methods to retain all of the natural enzymes, pollens, vitamins and minerals and flavour of the honey.
Organic raw honey is diverse and can vary based on the region and plants the bees visited when collecting nectar. Generally, it has a robust and full-bodied flavour, with a mix of floral and fruity notes. The aroma of wildflower honey is complex, reflecting the many different sources of nectar. It can range from sweet and floral to more robust and herbal. It very much depends on the season of nectar collection and the flowers that bloom during that season.
Honey crystallization is the formation and growth of sugar crystals in honey. Crystallization is a natural process and not a sign of adulteration or spoilage. Non raw honey is heated / pasteurised to prevent crystallisation however this increases HMF levels and kills the healthy enzymes that are usually present in raw honey.
You can drizzle honey over toast, stir it into tea, mix it into smoothie bowls, use it as a natural sweetener in baking, or add a touch to marinades and salad dressings.
