Organic Chicory is a plant in the dandelion family. It has purple flowers and leaves, which are popular in salads. Organic roasted chicory root is the roasted root of the chicory plant and is a really popular coffee substitute.
This product has been roasted and ground so it is perfect to use in coffee.
It is a good source of inulin and also contains manganese and vitamin B6.
When using as an alternative to coffee, use 2 tablespoons per cup.
