Our Organic Wild Cranberry Powder is sweet and tangy
It takes approximately 25kg of organic cranberries to produce 0.5kg of our organic cranberry powder. It is produced by pressing the juice out of the cranberries and then drying and milling the remaining pressed fruit.
Cranberries are bursting with many beneficial nutrients and minerals including vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin E, Vitamin K1 and Copper. They are also high in antioxidants particularly flavanol and polyphenols. Much of the nutrients are concentrated in the skin of the cranberries so are abundant in this organic cranberry powder.
It is a really versatile product and can be used in cooking, baking, deserts, smoothies and much more.
