These tasty flapjacks are not just your average classic. This healthy alternative is packed with protein to keep your full for longer.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4
  • Line an 8inch/20cm square tin with baking paper
  • Melt the butter in the saucepan over a low heat and stir in the maple syrup
  • Remove pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter
  • Combine the oats, hemp seed and protein powder in a bowl
  • Stir in the liquid mixture and combine
  • Pour the mixture into the baking tray and press down firmly
  • Bake for 25mins or until golden
  • Allow to cool and then cut into 12 squares
