Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml sunflower or vegetable oil
  • 500 g organic gluten free jumbo oats
  • 200 g organic pecan nuts
  • 200 g organic walnut pieces
  • 100 g organic brazil nuts pieces
  • 100 g organic sunflower seeds
  • 100 g organic pumpkin seeds
  • 200 ml agave syrup
  • 200 g organic chopped dates

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a baking tray and mix throughly.
  • Bake in an oven at 200c for 25-30 minutes (or until golden brown) mixing the ingredients every 4-5 minutes so they don’t burn.
  • Take out of the oven, stir through the chopped dates and allow to cool.
