Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of cacao bean powder per person.
Mix cacao powder with one cup of your favourite plant milk, and start whisking well, ensuring cacao powder is well blended in. Keep on a very low heat for around 5 minutes, so the real chocolate flavour can develop.
Towards the end, add one teaspoon of any liquid sweetener, like agave or maple. Your real hot chocolate is now ready to drink.
Optional: Mix half a teaspoon of tapioca flour with a splash of water, ensuring there are no lumps. Slowly pour this to hot chocolate and continue boiling till it thickens up a bit.
