Heat the oven to 180c/gas mark 4
Line an 8inch/20cm square tin with baking paper
Melt the butter in the saucepan over a low heat and stir in the maple syrup
Remove pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter
Combine the oats, hemp seed and protein powder in a bowl
Stir in the liquid mixture and combine
Pour the mixture into the baking tray and press down firmly
Bake for 25mins or until golden
Allow to cool and then cut into 12 squares
