Vegan 'Meat' Chilli Recipe
This vegan meat chilli recipe is a perfect alternative to meat. It is a delicious way to get your chilli fix. Serve it with your choice of delicious sides. We personally love to add jalepeno peppers, tomato salsa and a few cheeky nachos!

Finely dice the onion, carrot & celery.
Add to a saucepan with the olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper and fry on a medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
Add the plant-based meat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it takes on some colour.
Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan along with the chilli powder, cumin, paprika and tomato puree. Cook for for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the red wine vinegar, let reduce for a minute or so then add the tomatoes and vegetable stock and gently simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.
Add the cooked black beans, heat through and serve with plenty of plant based yoghurt, sliced red chillies and coriander.
